Due to the need for adequate seating, reservations for less than 10 may not be accepted at certain times. We will make all attempts to reserve a table in our main seating area for small groups during those times, but cannot make any guarantees. All decisions about reservations are at the discretion of Midtown Coffee House management.

2. Due to the need for adequate seating, reservations for less than 10 may not be accepted at certain times. We will make all attempts to reserve a table in our main seating area for small groups during those times, but cannot make any guarantees. All decisions about reservations are at the discretion of Midtown Coffee House management.

3. The first hour to reserve our back room is free with the purchase of at least 5 specialty drinks and/or food. Each additional hour is $15, which must be paid upon your arrival to Midtown Coffee House, prior to your use of the room. Once your reservation request form is submitted, you will receive an email within 48 hours confirming its receipt and any questions we may have for you regarding the reservation. By submitting the request, you are acknowledging that you have read and will adhere to all our guidelines for the use of the private space.

4. Midtown Coffee House does not allow outside food or beverages to be brought in, but will happily work with you to provide food and/or beverage options that suit your event needs. Please do not ask us to bring in outside food.

5. Midtown Coffee House loves your children, but we ask that you watch over them carefully even in our private space, so we may continue to offer a beautiful place for you to use for your events.

6. Your reservation time will begin at the time you arrive to set up and end at the time you and your guests leave the reservation room. Midtown Coffee House requires 30 minutes between events for cleaning and preparation, so please make sure you schedule your length of reservation accordingly as there may be reservations following yours.
